Celine earned her B.A. in Philosophy from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 2020 and spent the following year backpacking and exploring the rural Utah, Arizona and Nevada during the pandemic. She earned her J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2024, where she concentrated on administrative law, driven by a strong interest in cannabis regulation and environmental policy. During law school, she gained hands-on experience at the California Department of Health Care Services, where she worked on initiatives aimed at expanding access to health care for Californians.
Outside the office, Celine enjoys backpacking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her miniature dachshund, Cafecito.
